These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of builtsportsperformance.com and the services provided by BUILT Sports Performance Academy ("BUILT," "we," "us," or "our") in Las Cruces, New Mexico. By using our website, enrolling in our programs, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

BUILT provides sports performance training, athletic development programs, performance testing, and related coaching services for youth athletes and adults. Program details, schedules, and pricing are provided at enrollment. Enrollment in athlete programs must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for athletes under 18.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

When you opt in to text messaging from BUILT Sports Performance Academy, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding inquiries, consultations, appointment confirmations and reminders, program and account updates, and, where separately consented, promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Payments and Billing

Program fees, billing cycles, and any applicable contract terms are stated at enrollment. Payments are processed through our billing platform. Questions about billing, holds, or cancellations should be directed to us using the contact information below.

Assumption of Risk

Physical training involves inherent risk of injury. Participation in BUILT programs requires a signed waiver and, for minors, parent or guardian consent. Participants should consult a physician before beginning any training program.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the BUILT name, logo, training methods, programs, text, and media, is the property of BUILT Sports Performance Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILT Sports Performance Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
